Rebecca Ramirez Trevino

Founding Partner
Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1996. From 1993 to 2025, she served the State of Texas in various capacities, culminating in more than three decades of public service. She received her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2024 and is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Rebecca’s practice focuses on guiding families through the estate‑planning process with clarity and care. Her goal is to ensure that assets are protected and transferred efficiently, minimizing cost, complexity, and stress for her clients.

Richard A. Ramirez

Partner
Richard received his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin before earning his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2006, he began his legal career as in‑house counsel for Home Team of America Realtors and also holds a Texas real estate broker’s license. Richard’s practice emphasizes precision and thoughtful planning. He is committed to helping individuals and families structure their estates in a way that reflects their goals and protects their assets. He resides in South Austin with his wife, Elizabeth, and their daughter. Outside the office, Richard can often be found cheering on the Longhorns or enjoying Austin’s live music scene.

Jen Trevino

Paralegal
Jen is a 2025 cum laude graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Sociology, along with a minor in Social and Behavioral Science. Her academic experience includes work as a research assistant in the TIES Lab, which strengthened her interest in human behavior and her commitment to helping others. In her role, Jen provides essential support to clients throughout the estate‑planning process, assisting with information gathering, organization, and preparation of final planning documents. She is known for her compassionate, patient, and empathetic guidance.

Joseph Underwood

Operations Coordinator
Joseph keeps our office running smoothly by assisting with document preparation, client support, and billing questions. Known for his friendly approach and attention to detail, Joseph is committed to making every client experience as smooth as possible. When he is out of office, you can find Joseph playing volleyball and spending time rock climbing around Central Texas.
